Sophisticated device interfacing, calculations and networking

NavView can interface to devices with a variety of protocols and includes configurable inputs and outputs. The data from the devices may then be combined into complex calculations and presented in map, text, time series and 3D views. On board a vessel, multiple stations may be networked into the master station and automatically coordinated as information is changed. In addition, NavView may serve as the offshore component of a remote solution controlled from onshore.

For example, for heavy lift operations a motion sensor located on the vessel may provide a real-time visualization of the crane load during operations by using a motion sensor combined with a dynamic crane model to calculate the hook position and acceleration.
